5TH GRADE BIOS: Hey, Fifth Graders—

It’s hard to believe, but your time at Red Rocks Elementary has nearly come to an end and soon you’ll start the next leg of your big adventure! Your fifth grade yearbook might not seem like a big deal right now, but someday you’ll look through it and fondly remember your friends and teachers here—and wonder how the time could have flown by so quickly.

COVER ART CONTEST – Entry Form Link

Hey Kids: Get out your art supplies, get creative and enter your BEST work in the contest!

This year’s open-themed contest is being judged by the yearbook committee who will evaluate the contest entries based on originality, quality of work, style and other artistic qualities. Entries can be created using pen, pencil, crayon, watercolor paints, computer-aided design, or using any other one-dimensional medium. (Sorry, no three-dimensional or sculpted works can be accepted.)

All artwork must be:

Printed on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper in “vertical” (portrait) format (not horizontal/landscape).
Placed in a plastic sheet protector with the completed Submission Form to the back of the sheet protector.
Optional: You may add the school year 2023-2024 to your artwork if you would like.
Submitted to the RRE office, to the attention of the RRE PTA Yearbook Committee, no later than Friday, February 9, 2024.
