Red Rocks Elementary PTA Officers President - Kathi Frymier The president shall preside at all meetings of the association and of the board; shall appoint standing committee chairmen subject to the approval of the officers of the association; shall be a member ex-officio of all committees except the nominating committee; shall coordinate the work of the officers and committees of the association in order that the Objects may be promoted. 1st Vice President volunteer liaison - Angie Hellebush The vice-president shall act as aid to the president and shall in their designated order perform the duties of the president in the absence or inability of that officer to act, specifically focusing on volunteer activities. 2nd Vice President fundraising liaison - Kristy Fair The vice-president shall act as aid to the president and shall in their designated order perform the duties of the president in the absence or inability of that officer to act, specifically focusing on fundraising activities. 3rd Vice President school liaison - Kathy Namura The vice-president shall act as aid to the president and shall in their designated order perform the duties of the president in the absence or inability of that officer to act, specifically focusing as PTA/school liaison. Treasurer - Sandy Merchant The treasurer shall have custody of all funds of the association; shall keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures; shall be responsible for the maintenance of such books of account and records as conform to the requirements of Article IV, Section 10, of these bylaws. Secretary - Dana Larson The secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings of the association and of the board, shall have a current copy of the bylaws, and shall maintain a membership list.
